If you’ve been too busy to Christmas shop, you’re in luck! Several retailers are planning to be open late on Christmas Eve, so you’ll have time for those last minute purchases! Walmart will keep its doors open until 8pm on Christmas Eve and Target will stay open until 11pm. Also, Best Buy will stay open until 8pm on Christmas Eve, while Kohl’s will close at 6pm. Toys ‘R’ Us will close at 9 PM.
A survey from, RetailMeNot showed that 90 percent of Americans are last minute shoppers. 60 percent of those surveyed say they’d rather shop in stores than online, due to the fear of late delivery.
The retailers are counting on the extended hours to bring in some extra cash, as they’re losing business to online retailers.
