The Girl Scout Cookie Workout: Chart Reveals Which One Is The Healthiest – And What Exercises You Have To Do To Work It Off

   There’s a new infograph that shows how many calories each kind of Girl Scout cookie are and what exercises you need to do to burn them off. 

The S’mores cookie, which is the latest addition to the Girl Scouts lineup has the most calories with 90 per cookie.  And it would take 20-minutes of jumping rope to burn off just two cookies.

The popular Thin Mints are 40 calories each and it would take 29-minutes of the elliptical to burn off four cookies.
