Death Wish Coffee Wins Super Bowl Commercial

A coffee created in 2012 named Death Wish Coffee has won software maker Intuit’s competition to get a free 30-second spot during the Super Bowl. Death Wish Coffee beat out more than 15,000 other small businesses in voting by the public and Intuit employees. Mike Brown, who owns a coffee house in upstate Saratoga Springs, New York, founded Death Wish when he wanted to make a strong, highly-caffeinated coffee. It comes in a black bag with a skull and crossbones label and is sold online and in a few stores. The ad will air during the third quarter of the game between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers on February 7th.
